THE SOCIETY MAGAZINE

Some time was spent trying to decide on a name for the Society newsletter - later elevated to "magazine". In the end, and in honour of our late Patron, the digits were taken as 'one on' from 2001.

Issues run from the most recent Volume, backwards. More back issues will probably be added in the future.

Volumes run from November each year. Note because there has not been an August meeting for many years, the July-August issues have been combined into one. Recently this has also occurred with the December and January issues, due to a lack of a December meeting. Consequently there are normally only 10 or 11 issues per year, though occasionally 'specials' have been produced.

However to start the process - here is what is - in effect - 'Volume 1, Number 1
